The above positions are members of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Principal and working in close collaboration with the Coordinators.
He/She will facilitate the overall development, administration, organization and co-ordination of the boarding programme by taking care of the general well being of the students in the hostel, facilitating the holistic development of each and every student, and at all times providing parental support and guidance to the students. The Head of Boarding will also be a part time teaching faculty.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Graduate in any discipline
- A minimum of two years experience as a senior member of a school Pastoral Team, and at least five years as a house parent/warden/matron in a boarding school.
- Excellent understanding of Hostel requirements in an International School.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English

The IBDP Coordinator is a member of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Principal, and working in close collaboration with the Coordinators, HODs, CAS Coordinator and Guidance Department, the IB Coordinator will provide innovative, collaborative leadership in the ongoing implementation and refinement of the IB program at the Senior School and act as the primary contact person on IB matters. The successful applicant should have knowledge and experience of the PYP, and also management and administration
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all components of the IBDP program are administered in accordance with the IB guidelines. Maintaining effective communications between the IB Organization and the School; maintaining records of information submitted to the IB Organization, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with IB deadlines. Coordination of external IBDP Reviews. Supervision and Coordination of the Extended Essay component of the IB Diploma Program. Coordination and organization of all aspects of the IBDP exams, development, coordination and implementation of a plan for integrating the IB Learner Profile into all aspects of school life.. Collaborative participation in the development, implementation of a Senior School student assessment and evaluation and admission policy . Organization and facilitation of regular meetings of IBDP teachers. Presenting and representing the IBDP program to parents. Coordination of IBDP focused student activities and learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher
- Trained IBDP Coordinator with a minimum of two years experience as an IBDP Coordinator
- Excellent understanding of IBDP Program requirements
- Ability to communicate fluently in English

II. Estate In-Charge:
The Estate In-Charge is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire Navrachana International School campus. The Estate In-Charge shall be responsible for the regular and routine maintenance of all buildings of the campus and plant and machinery, maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning equipment and plumbing, maintenance of buildings and associated structures as per the planned maintenance schedule, maintenance of all furniture, including furniture in the classrooms, laboratories, computer centre, art and design rooms, auditorium and furniture and equipment in external areas such as the swimming pool, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, hostel, staff quarters etc. Develop of a system which ensures inspection of the complete campus with systems of quick response. Do a routine maintenance of green areas, and horticulture in the campus. Monitor the work of all labourers , security personnel on campus especially after school hours. Keep a close watch on the safety and security parameters of the campus to avoid accidents, injury to staff and students. Maintain a close liaison with the local municipality, Ward-Officer, Fire-Fighting department, and the local Internet Service Provider. Maintain a close liaison with local workshops and shops for emergency repairs and supplies of spare parts. Run the school’s maintenance workshop and keep adequate supplies of electrical, sanitary and other spares.
Qualifications and Experience:
- An Engineering Graduate in any discipline (preferable)
- A minimum of two /three in the above mentioned profile.
- Excellent understanding of maintenance, safety and security requirements in an International School.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and preferably in Gujarati too.

III. House Parents
The House Parent is responsible for the general wellbeing of the student of the hostel so as to facilitate the holistic development of each and every student and at all hours to provide parental support and guidance to the students.

Teaching Positions
IB Theory of Knowledge (TOK),IBDP English and Chemistry teacher :The successful applicants join a team of dedicated IB/IGCSE teachers. The positions require teaching Theory of Knowledge along with the teaching of another mainstream subject of the IB Diploma course, English and Chemistry at the Diploma Programme. In addition to this, the successful applicant will be teaching the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum at Grades 9 & 10.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in the teaching subject
